Our Client is a Non- Banking Financial Company (NBFC) which provides Wholesale and Retail lending solutions to Corporate and Retail customers respectively across geographies and businesses. Our Client's portfolio of products on the retail side include Loan Against Shares, Loan Against Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits and Bonds, Margin Trade Funding, Employee Stock Option Financing, Loan Against Property and IPO Financing.
Roles and Responsibility :

Job Title:  Portfolio Manager (Micro LAP)

 

Location:  Chennai

 

Experience: 1– 3 years

 

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate. Preferably management Degree

 

Nature of experience: Managing Portfolio of Retail clients, having key relationships with Builders/Channel Partners/Internal Stakeholders             

 

Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

 

  • Achieve budgets for M-LAP/Affordable housing loans product.
  • Sourcing business from small businesses- customers with undocumented income.
  • Conduct Personal discussions with the applicant to understand ability and willingness to repay the loan.
