Designation – Asst. Manager/ Manager – Business Development

Role - Sales Specialist

Industry –  Compensation & Benefits, Compliances Outsourcing, Payroll outsourcing.

Skills and Experience: --

  • Strong communication skills, including English grammar and writing
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Keen attention to detail and desire to learn new things.

 

 

 Roles & Responsibilities:--

  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding personal sales goal.
  • Meeting with clients on the set frequency, also getting more clients on board.
  • Proactively manage and drive sales levels to meet and exceed financial targets.
  • Engage in new and existing client development activities. Activities include but are not limited to: cold calling, qualifying initial clients, identify potential end users/decision makers, establishing contact relationships, completing company profiles and organizational chart, scheduling and conducting new and follow-up client visits.
  • Coordinate with internal resources to develop presentation and proposals.
  • Establish client expectations, advice clients on payroll, compliance and benefits solutions and communicate to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Maintaining relevant data on Excel & software.

 

Work Location – Thane, Head Office
