Roles and Responsibility :

Job Title: Vice President - Finance

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8 to 12 Years 

Qualification: MBA-Finance/CFA

Role reporting into: CEO

 

Nature of experience: The role holder Should have currently/past worked with an NBFC Should have Mandatory handled Fund raising for either a startup (multiple rounds of funds raised) or for a Pvt equity firm. Good banking relations for refinancing, expertise in cycle and regulation of Bank Refinancing structure.

Experience in Re-financing of portfolio, Down-selling, Securitization of loan portfolio from retail segment (not housing) is preferred.

Product base: Auto loans, Education Loans and Consumer Durable Finance.

Preferred Industry: Banks, NBFC’s or Investment Banking, P/E firms (Who are willing to explorer NBFC)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modelling
  • Preparing Information Memorandum’s, Pitch books for Fund raising activities.
  • Regularly meet clients, understand businesses, create and identify opportunities
  • Design superlative IM, pitch book, proposal, teasers and present to potential investor/lender
  • Understand different products under debt, equity and capital market fund raising
  • Structuring of transactions and advising clients to help build a stronger case for them
  • Feasibility analysis of transactions and Identify the relevant investors as per case
  • Manage client-investor relationship throughout all stages of execution

Technical Competencies:

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
