Roles and Responsibility :

Position Title: Project Manager West Zone

Location: Ahmedabad

Education: University Degree / Diploma in Engineering

Experience: 6 to 7 years

Purpose of Function:

Projects is one of the important strategy in sales. Responsibility is to manage the Projects department North Zone. Being part of sales department to align with Sales colleagues, zonal managers and work as a team. The same need to be maintained down the line. Take care of various stages of projects from offering to handing over through all the departments internally.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Represent company to the Customers in North Zone. Identify brown and green field projects and make necessary efforts that company is considered as a preferred turnkey solution provider. 

2. Establish business-plan according to the new hospital projects coming up in North Zone. Should be able to take control of customers, partner’s needs and accordingly plan the execution of the projects. Should be able to drive project team to generate more market coverage and business in their respective area, in order to achieve the budget. Meet the key stake holders, investors, architects and planners and establish contacts.

3. Target achievement: Business planning and strategy execution of project business to achieve the project budget of North Zone. Maintain adequate funnel to have good hit rate and achieve the budget.

4. Project Excellence: Should be able to maximize from company portfolio. Try to get at least 3 SBF's from the company portfolio in each project. Should be able to manage all the divisions of project department like Planning, Project Sales and Project Execution.
