Roles and Responsibility :

Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 10 to 12 years

Qualification: Any Graudate/Post Graduate

Role reporting into: Segment Manager

 

Nature of experience:

To achieve the sales budget for Company’s products/ solutions. Increase market penetration in Gujarat state, manage sales & marketing activities and develop new accounts.

Position Company in the market as a solution provider

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Active development of customer relationships, long-term partenrship with Key customers defined by the Company rules in defined geographic area.
    • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  2. Follow standard sales process, Precise Sales forecasting, Responsibility for sales Budget (Net revenue & margin), Negotiate & close the deals
  3. Focus on sales of company portfolio : Position company as Solution provider and Manage large business accounts (excluding after sales business). Develops together with the customer the ideal device / solution portfolio for customer needs
  4. Participates on road shows and exhibitions, Monitors market, competitor and customer development – informs Zonal Manager, Modality managers about market trends. Continually updates CRM, market / product analysis with product specialist
  5. Assists in payment receivables management
