Roles and Responsibility :

Job Description: -

Project Management Officer (PMO) support will be part of the design/ conceptualizing phase in few projects, and will be majorly part of the implementation and institutionalization phase for all projects.

 They will be communication SPOCs and the single point of knowledge transfer to field teams to their respective zones assigned.

They will also be the one point of contact for fields to resolve and troubleshoot various pain points in process and systems

  • Implementing various strategies as part of the change management.
  • Liaison between work streams and functions for the Zones/ regions, He/she will be responsible to identify bottlenecks and proactively worked towards resolution.
  • Interacting with clients to gather and document the business requirements; identify and analyse the business problems; propose solutions to complex business challenges while working with the business teams.
  • Conducting regular assessments to propose improvements in the suggested methods.
  • Identifying, assessing, and solving business problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Evaluating risks related to requirement management, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
  • Playing a major role in monitoring and analysing end-to-end process.
  • Facilitate discussion on key issues during pilots and roll outs and raise them to the Steering Committee for decision making. 
  • Tracking, analysing and providing ongoing feedback to the mentees.

 

Technology

         Preparing and evaluating business test scripts and making recommendations for the implementation of the business solutions and providing timely robust feedback, which helps in adding value to the business.

         Ensuring quality of the delivered components by developing functional documents at granular level for use Sales force.

         Qualification: Post-Graduation: Any Discipline (Preferred - MBA from good Institutes.  Any project management certification will be an added qualification

         Experience: 4 – 5 years’ relevant experience in Vehicle finance / Auto industry + experience of handling company level projects and implementation

         Skills: The best fit person will be a Quick learner & quick understand the business requirement, He/ She will be a Go getter willing to travel. Being tolerant is a very important requirement. Should have a positive attitude and displays high energy levels. Being a bit analytical will definitely help.
