Roles and Responsibility :

Position Title : Training Administrator

 

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR – Training Dept.

 

Education: BSc/BA/BCom/DME

 

Location: Baner, Pune

 

Job Responsibilities:

·         Participating in creating and implementing training programs

·         Maintain training plans and records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, feedback, evaluation)

·         Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up

·         Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)

·         Act as a single point-of-contact for vendors and participants

·         Resolve issues as they arise onsite during Training Course

·         Maintain and Submit training reports on training activities and results to management

·         Ensure employees and vendors follow established training policies and SOPs

·         Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid on time to external agencies

·         Recommend improvements or new programs based on monthly analysis

·         He needs to face all internal and external audits related to training eg. ISO, IATF & customer audits.

 

Skills Requirements

·         Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role in Training dept.

·         Experience in training management at medium scale engineering company / Automotive preferred

·         Knowledge of HR-Training procedures and management,

·         Audit experience of ISO, IATF & customer audits on Training

·         Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (HRMS)

·         Excellent planning, organizational ability, Outstanding communication skills

·         Strong attention to detailing to execute training plan
