Position Title: Recruiter

 

Experience: 1- 3 years

 

Location: Bangalore

 

Job Description:

 

The primary focus of this role will be in-house recruitments, specific to the junior level focusing on​​ Bangalore and South India. This role will include sourcing, screening, assessing, shortlisting and sharing of candidate profiles with clients. Including, Interview, Coordination, Offer Negotiation. Adhering to timelines in terms of response to clients and maintain/ set clear and reasonable client expectation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

       Understanding and advising on the resourcing needs of our clients

 

       Identifying suitable candidates via networking, referrals, headhunting and advertising

 

       Presenting the opportunity to the candidate and analyzing the candidate’s credentials for the position

       Managing the recruitment process with our clients including recommending suitable candidates, interview feedback and offer negotiation

       Reading up on latest industry trends and providing market intelligence to our clients

 

       Network with clients and candidates to nurture and build relationships

 

 

 

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

 

       Excellent written and spoken English ability

 

       University level education in a relevant area of study. Management, Legal or HR related qualification is highly desirable

       Curious by nature; interest in business and industry trends

 

       Excellent written and spoken English ability

 

       1-3 years of relevant legal / recruitment experience in a corporate or consulting environment or combination of corporate and retained executive search, boutique search firm and/or agency experience would be attractive

       Analyzing the candidate’s credentials for the position

       Managing the recruitment process with our clients including recommending suitable candidates, interview feedback and offer negotiation

       Reading up on latest industry trends and providing market intelligence to our clients

 

       Network with clients and candidates to nurture and build relationships
